Modular platform designed for selective welding in linear high capacity
★ The design of Ersa's third generation VERSAFLOW is implemented using a fully modular machine platform.
★ The basic VERSAFLOW 3/45 configuration consists of the usual flux, preheating and welding modules and a segmented conveyor belt system.
★ Users can integrate other flux/preheating/welding modules according to the specific application and required capacity.
· Double track can double capacity without increasing footprint
· The Ersa modular system uses double tin cylinders and/or double track transport functions depending on customer requirements, which can significantly increase production capacity without increasing footprint.
