The equipment is composed of cleaning system, rinsing system and drying system. The equipment cleans the net board through these three systems in turn.

The operator will put the screen into the spray room, set the cleaning, rinsing, drying and other related parameters, start the button, the screen will be automatically cleaned, rinsed and dried. In the cleaning process, the cleaning liquid is sprayed from the nozzle by the high-pressure pump and the fan water curtain impacts on the surface of the net and plate. When the liquid impacts the surface of the net and the plate, the pressure and decomposition capacity of the liquid will be used to clean the solder paste, glue, oil black and impurities on the surface of the net and the plate. When the set cleaning process is finished, the operation will stop automatically and reset, so as to realize the next working process.
