Performance characteristics: 1. Appearance part: it is formed by bending 

1.5mm thick cold plate. Surface treatment: high temperature baking, corrosion resistance and rust prevention; 

2. Conveying part: track chain conveying (04C carbon steel chain); 

3. Transmission part: stepper motor is adopted, and the speed is uniform and adjustable from 300mm to 5800mm / min; 

4. Light source: 2 sets of holly's UV lamp sources are adopted, and the power of a single set of UV lamp is 3KW; 

5. Heat dissipation part: one exhaust fan with a power of 750W is adopted, and double-layer louver air inlets are installed on both sides of the upper part of the furnace cover to effectively reduce the temperature in the product and UV furnace and improve the service life of the lamp tube; 

6. UV lamp source preparation: the height of UV lamp can be adjusted (manually). When adjusting the upper and lower light distances, different UV intensities can be obtained.
